To help us sort things out faster, please include your order number if your message is about an existing order, and clear photos if an item arrived damaged or isn't what you expected.
Before You Write
A few things we're asked most often. If your question is here, you have your answer straight away.
Where is my order? Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, then take 2–5 business days in transit — 4–8 business days in total. You'll get tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. West Coast addresses usually arrive at the faster end of that range.
How much is shipping? Free, on every order, with no minimum spend.
Where do you ship from? Our fulfillment center in San Diego, California. We currently ship throughout the United States only.
What's your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with its original tags attached. Email us with your order number and we'll send instructions. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
I'm between sizes — what should I do? Measurements for each size are in the size guide on every product page. If you're still unsure, email us with your usual size and the piece you're looking at, and we'll tell you honestly what we'd recommend.
Can I change or cancel my order? Get in touch as soon as you can. If your order hasn't entered processing we can usually amend the address or cancel it. Once it's packed and dispatched we can't make changes, but you're still covered by our 30-day returns.
